Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Flowlu is being used by my company. The primary problem it solves is allowing us to stay on the many different projects and efforts we have in progress. This comes with multiple deadlines, multiple project types, multiple cadences, etc., and Flowlu helps us stay on top of it all.

Pros and Cons

CRM: This is a feature rich CRM that integrates nicely with the rest of the platform
UI: The platform is well thought out and looks good.

The biggest thing I am looking forward to is the Outlook calendar integration. You can current integrate with the gmail calendar.

Return on Investment

Flowlu has definitely had a positive impact on my business and my team. It allows us to collaborate on tasks.
Having all of the critical information I need to drive a project forward to completion in one place has been a game changer.

Alternatives Considered

I have tried MANY of the Project Management / CRM platforms out there. But somehow none of them quite hit the mark. I even got to the point where I was wondering if something was wrong me and my business practices! For whatever reason, none of the other tools seemed quite right for what I needed. They fell short in a few significant areas that caused me to eventually abandon them or not trust them enough, in the beginning, to fully embrace them. They did one or two things really well, but then I had to find another tool for other key functionality. Flowlu seems like a tool that I can not only benefit from today but can grow into over the years, especially as new features are brought online.

The UI in Flowlu is terrific. It looks good, it functions the way you think it should—you just WANT to use Flowlu.

I've used the Chat widget several times and have always received useful assistance from their agents.

Likelihood to Recommend

Flowlu is well suited for organizations that need to form close relationships with their clients and prospects. It is especially useful for scenarios where you want to be able to track your engagement history with a client, etc. It is a perfect tool for a small consultancy that needs to streamline how it builds relationships with prospects, track the work done for clients, and easily bill the clients for said work (and every consultancy needs that).
