A management software that actually works.

The rating is based on the impact the software has on the management within the department. It gave me a great result overall and I see myself and the team using it for the next few years. I would give it a full rating if not for the lack of integration at the moment (Storage, Accounting Software). And, also, I look forward to their customer portal, hopefully, it is released as planned.

This rating may be over the top but actually, the software is very intuitive and works as I expect it. So, I have yet need any support. I think this is critical for all software. The best software is the one you can use flawlessly without hitting the live chat button.

I would recommend Flowlu to people who need to manage a team. I have only managed a small team, so I can only advise for such team size. It is very good software for organizations that have to repeat the same procedure for every project. You can save a lot of time with the project template feature. There is also a knowledge base section that can be used for both internal and external view. I believe having an internal knowledge base is a great asset for the team, keeping everyone on the same page. If you need a customer portal, I would not recommend this at the moment as adding a client as a user is very inconvenient. Things might change when they release a customer portal later this year, but that is in the future.
