Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Flowlu to manage the internal collaboration of the team. The software has been a great asset in helping us keep track of our projects from brainstorming, task management to invoicing. The software helps us centralize the information giving us an overview of every project. It helps us in spotting any bottlenecks that would slow us down.

Pros and Cons

Has most features needed to manage a team efficiently.
Has great UX/UI and a pleasant onboarding experience.
Full white labeling option is available.

At the moment, you must add customer as user. It is not convenient.
There is no app for desktop or mobile, only web app.
No Integration with common file storage like Google Drive or Dropbox at the moment.

Usability

The rating is based on the impact the software has on the management within the department. It gave me a great result overall and I see myself and the team using it for the next few years. I would give it a full rating if not for the lack of integration at the moment (Storage, Accounting Software). And, also, I look forward to their customer portal, hopefully, it is released as planned.

Support Rating

This rating may be over the top but actually, the software is very intuitive and works as I expect it. So, I have yet need any support. I think this is critical for all software. The best software is the one you can use flawlessly without hitting the live chat button.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would recommend Flowlu to people who need to manage a team. I have only managed a small team, so I can only advise for such team size. It is very good software for organizations that have to repeat the same procedure for every project. You can save a lot of time with the project template feature. There is also a knowledge base section that can be used for both internal and external view. I believe having an internal knowledge base is a great asset for the team, keeping everyone on the same page. If you need a customer portal, I would not recommend this at the moment as adding a client as a user is very inconvenient. Things might change when they release a customer portal later this year, but that is in the future.
