Overall Satisfaction with Folloze

We create custom content experience hubs for our customers where they can learn more about how Matterport can impact their specific use-case. We want our customers to feel that Matterport understands their unique needs and by using Folloze and creating very custom landing pages, we're able to achieve that.

Pros

  • East to use interface
  • Customer service and support
  • Responsive to customer needs

Cons

  • Upload size limit of 25MB for GIFs is tricky to manage
  • Marketo cookie integration would be a huge plus for us
  • Groove integration would be extremely helpful
  • We were able to work directly with one of our biggest customers to design a Folloze board that the customer could share to his internal stakeholders
Folloze is very straightforward and quite easy to use. In addition, we've been happy with the bi-weekly sync calls with our CSM to review anything that's not functioning properly.
The team has been extremely responsive to our needs and friendly and easy to work with.

We've enjoyed using Folloze and feel it's been a great tool for us. We struggled to gain useful insight on the boards we launched initially because none of the users were identified. We ran ads to the boards and Folloze was unable to identify any of the users that visited the boards. We've subsequently had better success when running email campaigns from within Folloze. Things have been improving and we're really liking the 3.0 designer.
