Marketing creates the microsites and campaigns with the buyer persona in mind, kickstarting the sales cycle. Sales teams are notified and can edit or approve the marketing campaigns that are then automatically executed. They are always very responsive and help support our needs. As you most likely are aware, life does not always go according to plan. More often than not, you're going to be met with issues that need support. When it comes to account management, there has not be a single instance where we did not feel fully supported. We've learned a few things together as a team, but that's the beauty of a true partnership.

Denise B. supported our organization and has always been fantastic to work with and very responsive. She has trained multiple individuals on our team and gotten them up to speed on the tool as teams have changed and personnel has rotated. The model of including a customer success manager as part of the overall cost helps make engagement simple but does also feel like time can be limited as I know the customer success reps are shared across multiple customers.

The team was proactive in setting up recurring status calls, and they made sure we are always getting the most out of the tool. Our rep Sean has been great the whole time. He's willing to take on bigger projects, bring in experts from other internal teams, and even work with third parties in order to solve specific business goals. The support of the Folloze team has been great and they've done the most they can to ensure our success on the platform.

Folloze has a very intuitive user interface and designer. Their integrations have been seamless, and their team has been extremely helpful and responsive in getting features added or any gaps addressed. We have been leveraging the tool to its full capability, and people are happy both internally as well as externally.

Our regular standing meetings are always upbeat, helpful, and exactly what we need. We've never felt pressured to do things with Folloze that just didn't make sense for us at that time. Anytime there was a support ticket needed, the reps would always help push it through and work with our team. We have grown wonderful relationships with the Folloze team members, and we actually enjoy our regular meetings with them!

The customer support and our customer success rep have been fantastic and have gone above and beyond as we started our journey. We have weekly meetings with them and they are quick to answer any questions we might have. Also, the training we received was comprehensive. Overall Folloze is very responsive and dedicated to their client's success.

Their customer success team is super helpful and friendly. They're always quick to respond and follow up with any questions. We have our calls with them, and they're always showing us new updates and new ways to customize and are able to resolve issues that come up. I love their customer success team!

The entire support team at Folloze is impressive! They are incredibly proactive in addressing any and all needs our team might have, and they are responsive, as needed, when a question arises. They host regular open office hours where our team can not only learn from one another, but can also address with the Folloze team anything where we need assistance.
