Overall Satisfaction with Folloze

Folloze acted as a landing and registration page for partner-run events. We also integrated Folloze with a partner Dropbox instance and used it as a partner document repository for sales collateral that could be used by partner users. Both of these things helped us reach out to and increase engagement with partner sellers.

  • Not as much flexibility as would be useful for email campaigns. If you are unable to integrate with Folloze for email, there's limited usability of this feature.
  • Folloze helped with partner user engagement, let us inform and train more partner users.
  • We cut down from 10+ hours of work per week answering individual partner sales rep questions by referring them to our Folloze content repository.
  • We launched scalable training for how to demo a product that didn't easily fit into our own CMS due to partner access limitations.
Folloze is extremely easy to use and can quickly be learned by any individual ready to test out some use cases on their own. We were able to get content uploaded and a basic landing page launched in a couple of hours and fine-tuned roughly weekly to be exactly what we wanted. There are constantly new features and functionality being added - many times, we probably didn't utilize some of the new features, while other times, they perfectly fit our use case.
Denise B. supported our organization and has always been fantastic to work with and very responsive. She has trained multiple individuals on our team and gotten them up to speed on the tool as teams have changed and personnel has rotated. The model of including a customer success manager as part of the overall cost helps make engagement simple but does also feel like time can be limited as I know the customer success reps are shared across multiple customers.
We have not used other products quite like Folloze.

Folloze worked well for us acting as a partner-focused document repository and landing page for jointly run marketing events. We used to heavily use the integration between Dropbox and Folloze; however, at some point, that integration was dropped in favor of, which did limit ease of use to a degree.
