We leverage Folloze as a means of engaging with our customers, through providing them access to key trends and recipes for culinary inspiration. Having a web based program like Folloze allows us to reach audiences world wide, regardless of their unique internet connectivity. Folloze is a medium we leverage on a daily basis to provide our end users valuable content all around the world. In the field of CPG frozen foods, it's been very beneficial to form a partnership with Folloze to share best practices and learn from other industry leaders.

It's very user friendly and when there has been disconnects, the Folloze support team has always been quick to respond. We have a presence around the world and Folloze has allowed us to create boards unique to every region's unique norms. The platform itself is very easy to pick up on and the amount of integrations available assists with collecting meaningful data. Through and through, Folloze is a tool that any company would benefit from using.
They are always very responsive and help support our needs. As you most likely are aware, life does not always go according to plan. More often than not, you're going to be met with issues that need support. When it comes to account management, there has not be a single instance where we did not feel fully supported. We've learned a few things together as a team, but that's the beauty of a true partnership.
Folloze is in a league of it's own when comparing it to previous resources our team has leveraged in the past. The biggest part of this statement really comes down to the integration piece. Whether it's Google Analytics or Marketo, Folloze has truly set the bar on being able to seamlessly work with our other programs.
