Overall Satisfaction with Formstack

It is being used across the whole organization to support the needs of each department.

Pros

  • Provides many options when building the forms
  • Easy to share the data that is being collected with non users
  • 3rd party integrations

Cons

  • Better integration with 3rd party systems that are not widely used
  • Number of submission per form could be increased
  • Notification of which forms are not used frequently
  • Google Suites
  • MailChimp
  • Salesforce
Google Sheets - Able to collect more responses for form
MailChimp - Able to have opt-in data immediately
Salesforce - Able to connect opt-ins with ESP MailChimp
- Well suited for HR Departments
- Well suited for Creative Teams or Project Managers

    Hi Nathan: Thank you for reviewing Formstack! You mentioned "better integration with third party systems that are not widely used." I'm not sure what third party systems you have in mind, but on the Formstack side, it may be possible to collect via API, Webhook or possibly Zapier (https://www.formstack.com/features/webhooks-api), as this will allow you to send collected Form data to other third party programs. WebHooks are a custom setup so you will need to create and maintain these but our API is open and do allow for this type of data passing.
