Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use this for simple accounting tasks related to my publishing company and it is an awesome app. I use it to manage accounts receivable and payable, inventory, and payroll and it does all those without flaw. As a sole proprietor, I have found this app to be tremendously useful in the small business that I run after my day job as a teacher, and I would highly recommend it to anyone that needs to do simple accounting tasks.

OneSaas by Quickbooks

FreshBooks is a relative novice compared to the giant Quickbooks application that has been around for years and it is established as the go-to app for account management and invoicing. I would say that in a few years, FreshBooks can become a threat to QuickBooks but it will take a bit more time for them to compete with a giant like QuickBooks.

Usability

It is a great app, however, when it comes to usability it still lags in some areas and it needs major improvement when it comes to being user-friendly. I would say that it has been greatly improved over the years but it is still not where it should be compared to QuickBooks.

Support Rating

I think the support level for FreshBooks is on par with a 6 because the folks behind this application do a fairly good job at providing support for their customer base. I still don't think they are at an elite level when it comes to supporting but are getting there although too slow in my opinion.

Likelihood to Recommend

This application is very useful and it is something that has helped me tremendously in my part-time company as a book publisher. I wish that they could improve their invoicing because they have gotten away from this part but there is room for improvement. I also want the app to be more user-friendly as well.
