The business problem was unable to have a straight medium for Chat. The easiest way for our customer connect with us for their issue.

- Due to a new tool the ROI on the product is really good helping us connect with customer
- Real time interaction helps resolving customer query
- Also the TAM option provided really help us in product optimisation.

Yes, We do have premium support, This has helped us a lot in reaching out to the product in depth and understand the tool spending them with them. They had also help us in building our bot and optimize the usage out of it. Thank you for our TAM for supporting
There are several time. Team have reached out for the help. The major part was building our bot on the tool utilizing the best out of it. Its been 1.5 years now.
