Overall Satisfaction with Freshchat

The business problem was unable to have a straight medium for Chat. The easiest way for our customer connect with us for their issue.

  • A unique and handy Dashboard for data
  • Custom app work flow for better requirement.
  • Due to a new tool the ROI on the product is really good helping us connect with customer
  • Real time interaction helps resolving customer query
  • Also the TAM option provided really help us in product optimisation.
There is lot of thing that can be integrate work and tested. Based on our use case the product has helped us in various ways. Good product for others who want to test the business outcome for their own customer experience.

The product was purchased by our sales team and I would not be the correct person to answer. But yes the product has provided much of confidence on maintaining the customer experience on the product by building the bot flow.

Freshchat Support

The experience we had in past for lets say 4-5 months with the support team and our TAM was really helpful. The changes in the bot flow has helped our bot to ensure we connect with customer easily.

Yes, We do have premium support, This has helped us a lot in reaching out to the product in depth and understand the tool spending them with them. They had also help us in building our bot and optimize the usage out of it. Thank you for our TAM for supporting
There are several time. Team have reached out for the help. The major part was building our bot on the tool utilizing the best out of it. Its been 1.5 years now.
