Overall Satisfaction with Freshdesk

Freshdesk helps us to manage not only our customers but even our vendors efficiently. The tool is easy to use and doesn't require heavy programming knowledge to manage the system. It can integrate with Facebook and Twitter without any cost involved. The market app is easy to use, and there are a lot of choices available.

The most important is the pricing. Freshdesk/Freshworks all the solution and base price is available on the internet, which is easier for us to make fast decisions rather than waiting for other sales reps to get back to us. The graphic user interface is easy to see and use.

Easy to use. User friendly. There is no additional investment such as server maintenance. Big marketplace. A lot of capability for the automation workflow.
Needs improvement on the resolution time.
Good for all industries that would improve the customer experience without blowing their budget. There is no minimum amount of license, which is friendly for the users. The guide is easy to find on the internet, and there is a community forum that is available for the user to leave feedback on the product or search for advice.
