Overall Satisfaction with Freshdesk

Freshdesk is a super intuitive customer case management and relationship management system, with very easy UI and navigation. Freshdesk allows omnichannel integration with social media and thereby enhances seamless customer experience across the board. The Freshdesk team was also very helpful with their progressional services and collaboration while implementing the Freshdesk solution.

Freshdesk would be even a greater platform if it had Customer Data Platform capabilities to have a holistic solution for all customers in one place as a single source of truth and then manage relationships with them and then targeted campaigns and marketing via multiple channels to the customers.
