Overall Satisfaction with Freshdesk
We did not have a ticketing software for customer service prior to getting Freshdesk, it has since helped us address duplication of work, and greatly inprove our customer service levels.

we have not started using this feature yet
we decided to use Freshdesk based on the fact that a sister company was also using it and recommended we use it as well
