Overall Satisfaction with Freshdesk Messaging (Formerly Freshchat)
i am using the Freshdesk to contact with our clients to solve their problems // to improve their work /// to serve them in a better way to guarantee they are served well // to contact them faster and gave them the best solutions as fast as possible to achieve the best services for the customers to improve our quality and gave the customers real solutions for their problem and issues //
- fast contact with the clients
- giving fast and clear solutions for the issues
- in industrial fields that will help the grow of company
- in the hospitals to contact faster with the stuff
- creating tickets
- reporting issues to higher department
- contacting the clients
- since it's chat it doesn't reflect the feelings and sometimes makes misunderstanding
- bad connection of the internet can cause problems
- if the user was well educated with the system it helps well to solve the issue faster
Freshdesk is better it has faster actions and no much options must be filed to solve the issue // what we need to solve the issue is filling 2 blocks and submit the issue to solve it /// having the abilty of contact with more than 3 clients on the same time.
