Overall Satisfaction with Freshsales

Freshsales is a superb CRM system that fits our requirements perfectly. Ability to add custom forms, syncing with emails, mobile app, advanced search functions, access to the API if required. It's a simple, straight-forward, but very powerful and essential business tool.

  • Search can be a little slow.
  • Adding new contacts should be easier.
  • Massive ROI for such a low-cost tool.
Salesforce is over-priced, over-complicated and customer service was dire.
Freshsales is great for growing businesses as it develops with you, with its functionality becoming more useful.
