Overall Satisfaction with Freshsales

Freshsales is used as our sales CRM and also to manage our reader and visitor data across the whole business. We now have a system that pulls together and filters our data as and when we need to.

Cons

  • The way you purchase email credits is the only con in my opinion.
  • Freshsales has enabled us to add a whole new revenue stream.
  • It has ensured we are efficient with our leads.
  • It allows us to track our pipeline.
We used to use Salesforce which is triple the price and more complicated use. There are also no feature we miss from Salesforce.
We have used the service for our Sales team as well as to manage our data.
