Overall Satisfaction with Freshservice

Prior to Freshservice, client incident and problem management were done via an Open Office document, this presented many challenges. When we where looking for a service desk application, we wont something that was simple, yet powerful and offered a range of functions. Freshservice fitted that requirement as it enabled us to record, report and manage our service desk activity in a way we previously could not.

  • Purchase orders can't be emailed to suppliers
  • Assets reporting could be better
  • By far its provided visibility of that the IT team does, to whom and on what.
It is very easy to get up and running, even API/SSO is simple.
Support has been fantastic, responsive, proactive everything you wont from a supplier.
Freshservice to us was a clear winner, for its simple GUI, simple setup and configuration and support, pre and post go live.

I think it's perfect for small to medium looking to streamline functions and processes, via a consistent approach, linked to a known framework (ITIL) yet don't want a beast of an application. Freshservice can be implemented very quickly and no expert knowledge is needed. It's very simple to set up and administer, without losing functions.
