Overall Satisfaction with Freshservice

We use Freshservice as our ticketing system for IT support requests, onboarding and off-boarding. Freshservice does a fantastic job right out-of-the-box and allowed us to build a service catalog in a very short time. This helps us advertise to our users the services that we offer, and collect all the information we need from the user up-front, which typically enables us to fulfil the request in one touch, without needing to ask questions right from the start.

Out-of-the-box Freshservice was configured for us to start using it, and the time we spent on configuration was largely to tailor it to our organization's specific needs. We saw value immediately after launch.
Freshservice's support and customer success have been very responsive, and have arranged several demos of features we weren't using yet to help us adopt them.
Freshservice' beats ServiceNow and Jira Service Management on two key areas: user experience and ease of use (for both users and agents) and out-of-the-box readiness.

We found that both ServiceNow and Jira Service Management require significant configuration and building to get them ready to use. In the case of ServiceNow, you even need to write AngularJS code, which is a language that has been deprecated for several years now.

Freshservice works great in fast-paced environments where you frequently need to make changes to your service catalog, or quickly create automations to resolve dynamic situations.

Also if you want your agents and your users to have the excellent experience of using a modern well thought-out ticketing system, Freshservice is second to none in this area.
