Overall Satisfaction with Freshservice

Freshservice provides our complete ITIL service solution as well as Project management.

With Freshservice we're able to provide users multiple communication channels for contacting IT but whilst they're on that user journey, Freshservice provides content which enables users to potentially help themselves.

From an IT department perspective we can prioritise work and provide clear reporting on all aspects of workload.

Achieves its aims seamlessly
Majority of the time service is very quick and resolves quickly. I can think of only 3 tickets over the last few years where service has been terrible. I've made the assumptions that these were new starters at Freshservice

Freshservice is one of the best Service management tool and with my current employer its the second time i've deployed it as a service.

Integrations and bespoke configuration make Freshservice very easy to make it your own.
