Could do better in speed of response and with their general level of communication but overall good support especially when in the deployment phase. Project teams are first class.

Ensure you work diligently on the Workshops to design the system and try to think of the way that the platform can be used to its full potential rather than focusing on how it can replace an existing system like for like. Listen to the advice of the Fuze consultants as they have done this many times and have many superb insights in how the system should be used.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are in the process of replacing all our aging PBX systems across all Departments at all our UK sites with Fuze Voice. Long term we also see this as a global deployment. It addressed a reliability issue predominantly but has also given us a full collaborative platform to change the way we work as a business.

Pros and Cons

Cloud deployment, so minimal Capital Expenditure investment.
Scalable and flexible to allow for growth.
Grants the ability to deploy globally at a lower pricepoint and with easier configuration.

Integration with Office 365 could be better.
Presence indicators could do with improvement.
Better integration with Headset manufacturers would be advised.

Alternatives Considered

Mitel MiCollab, Skype for Business and 8x8

Most of the UC platforms are similar in how they work and what they do. Fuze for us came in at a better price point and I was more convinced by the support offered and the deployment options.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited to agile enterprises who have adopted a cloud first strategy. Less suited to huge office deployments based in single countries.
