Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

We manage over 2000+ customer all over the globe, across a number of vertical, and from corporate size companies all the way to large enterprise. Gainsight CS helps us get the insight we need to be able to scale our CS org.

Pros

  • Provide proactive insight and actionable items
  • The ability to do all CS tasks in one platform
  • Provide leadership the insight

Cons

  • The ability to pin high level or most recent account notes
  • Assign tasks/meeting to any success plan, CTA, playbook, etc.
  • It has provided us the ability to get a pulse on all our customers and focus on the most import ones to help increase ARR and reduce churn
  • Gives us one dashboard to see product usage and adoption to reduce churn
It took some time to set up and train folks, but once we got there everything was fantastic!
