Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

In my organization, I'm the Gainsight CS Admin. We have over 300 accounts.

Pros

  • Track health score
  • Track communication
  • Automate tasks

Cons

  • Reporting tool is very limited
  • JO participants update for CSV files
  • My focus is on the technical side and I don't have information about ROI.
I gave Gainsight CS this usability rating because, in my opinion, Some of the Gainsight CS tools, like the reporting tool, is not very user friendly.
