Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

Customer Account Contract details, call/cadence information, archive notes, attachments, success plans, and contact information for marketing and tracking purposes. This allows us to keep things uniform across a global staff and a global customer base. With success plans and contact information, we are able to assess customer situations and market to all in a uniform way.

  • Data Integrity.
It is great! Easy-to-use dashboards and interface, and can be customized to fit an organization's objectives. For example, we have dashboards for renewals, health precast score, and more that give a one-stop shop for all customer details. I do hope to automate more tasks, including adding contacts and fields.
Both provide a source of truth for previous and current customer engagement and health.
