Our team, who works remotely, relies on Getscreen.me to offer efficient and reliable customer support. We previously used, (and in some cases still use-) TeamViewer. In addition to remote desktop support, Getscreen.me has also been useful for management of remote machines or to manually start automated processes hosted by remote machines.

While TeamViewer is a more mature/developed product. TeamViewer has more features and the interface is very similar but TeamViewer feels better. While TeamViewer currently takes the lead by a small margin for us, Getscreen.me is a very capable application for our needs. For the price/performance we prefer Getscreen.me.

5 - Our remote team provides remote desktop support for clients, remote desktop and server management, remote services. When a client has a problem that requires hands/eyes on to fix, GetScreen.me is very helpful. When restarting a PC to do updates, this can be completed through remote desktop and server management. Rendering a video is an example of a remote service.
5 - Basic to intermediate computer skills are required. It's easy enough to learn and use Getscreen.me but what will be their purpose once connected? If the use is for one person to manage their personal computer, then not as much skill/experience may be needed. If they are troubleshooting someone else's computer, then they will need to be more experienced.
