I use this tool as my CRM and email marketing tool, which has recently replaced ActiveCampaign as my main email service provider for transactional and promotional emails to my audience.
- Great ease of use in the CRM.
- Excellent customer support.
- New features are being added regularly.
- It still has room for new features to catch up with more established CRM providers.
- The Zapier integration could be improved.
- Email deliverability could be an issue at times, based on the chat transcript errors I have seen in my Gmail.
- Engaging my clients more,
- The lifetime deal plan is one of the best investments I have made in my business.
- It's increased commissions from sales of third-party products.
ActiveCampaign is a more full-fledged CRM compared to Gist, but it will cost you more to implement.
