Overall Satisfaction with Gist
Currently, we are using it to automate our email campaigns and customer support tickets.
Pros
- They have fantastic customer support.
- A very knowledgeable and responsive team.
- They simplify a lot of the technical stuff for a non-tech savvy person.
Cons
- Things were a bit rough when we first jumped on, but Gist has come a long way since then.
- We would love to see Site Messages, like in Active Campaign.
- We're saving money every day since we switched.
Gist has live chat, which is missing in ActiveCampaign.
