Overall Satisfaction with Gist

Currently, we're using the email campaign and live chat feature. We're using it to grow and manage our email list and to send out emails and tag users based on their actions on the site. In the future, we will use the tags to help us better identify user wants on the site and to offer specific users more of what they want to turn them into customers.
  • The UI/UX of the platform is very well designed and laid out for ease of use.
  • Sending a email drip campaign is a breeze of setting up and actively adding more
  • The price is really fair and you get alot for the money. They are always growing and adding new features.
  • As a non-developer, I struggle with trying to set up a lot of what the software can do. Their support is great, it's just difficult if you don't have a developer background.
  • Uploading new email list can be a challenging with tagging it from the start.
  • Setting up webhooks and having a gist employee help set up chat bots.
  • I referred someone in my industry to Gist who was using Drip and he was very happy. He said it does all that he needs it to, and it is almost half the price of Drip. So that is something to consider.
  • Their online support is great, often there are people who are there to help around the clock.
  • Their blog of videos and guides are very well informed and detailed.

The price is very fair to competitors. It is very easy to set up as it is with the other live chat services out their.
The live chat function is very easy to set up. As a non-coder, I was surprised how quick I was up and going. Thanks to their support and guides, it was a breeze.
