Overall Satisfaction with Gist
Initially, when we selected Gist, we were hoping to have a live chat option in our application and that was the requirement during early days. As we evolved, we were hoping to have a platform which takes care of our lead generation, lead management, and customer support requirements. And luckily, Gist did evolve and always exceeded our expectations.
- Best part of Gist is customer support chat.
- Live view of where exactly a visitor is and the ability to message them.
- Event based email and message triggers.
- Knowledge base management.
- We feel Gist should focus on mobile app as well. It does need a little bit of extra attention.
- Integration with Facebook Messenger is needed.
- And in future, having WhatsApp integration would be killer.
- Since we implemented Gist, our users are at ease and thus helped us converting more.
