Overall Satisfaction with Gist
We've used Gist for several years for our live chat and support. We've also tried their email drip-feed campaign feature in the past and the segmentation tools within the Contacts/CRM feature of Gist.
In the near future we'll implement more email campaigns and broadcast messages, as well as their Knowledgebase. They keep developing their tool and have already had some major updates since we started using them, including an entire user interface redesign as well as a redesign of their chatbox.

- Email deliverability was shaky in the past (but is apparently fixed now).
- Faster and more efficient customer support.

Intercom was probably the first tool of this kind, but they're way too expensive; the support doesn't seem as efficient as Gist's support team and they seem to keep changing prices.
