I use Gong to review calls, to help identify information that is key to moving the deals forward. I use Gong for personal and team training purposes.

I don't have any issues with usage. Clean UI.
Reminders to follow up with deals. Integration with Salesforce is helpful.

Great for getting team members up to speed on a deal. As large business and enterprise deals progress in the sales cycle, it has become key that my VP and President can hear the previous calls with stakeholders/decision makers.
