Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I use Gong to record every single customer meeting that I am on. This way I can go back and listen to the areas of follow up I promised to my customer, filler words I use too much and can get better at, to see how much I spoke vs. my customer, and overall just a great way to go back and see what my customer said but also what I said so I can learn and get better!
  • Intuitive, easy to use!!
  • Follow up emails as reminders for us to listen to our Gong, or send follow ups.
  • Love that you can speed up calls and jump around.
  • Transcripts are KEY!!!
  • I wish rather than fast forwarding 15 seconds, or to the next speaker, you could just easily go to the next second, etc.
  • Better way to organize the entire library. I don’t need to see specific groups calls when I search.
  • Atleast 10 hours saved per week!! Just by gong helping me with follow up, easily being able to copy and paste the transcript to my peers or even in follow up calls to customers.
  • Helps me close competitive deals where I can listen to my peers competitive situations!
Gong is easy to use. It makes sense. The search is easy, the tabs make sense. It’s laid out in a comprehensive easy way.

Gong is perfect for recording for recording customer calls. I cannot imagine not having it. It’s a life saver for when I need to send follow up, go back and listen to competitive information, or questions they asked that I need to get back too, or when there are a lot of folks on the call… it’s so nice to go back and get organized.
