Overall Satisfaction with Gong
Gong is a great tool for our organization as it allows us to reference back to customer calls and learn from them. It also helps me when prepping our Solution engineers for technical conversations as I can revert back to shorter calls I had with the customer and better be able to prep them. It also brings more credibility from JFrog as the customer feels we know their use case. Additionally, we are able to share our calls with our customers and allow them to also look back at what we discussed and any best practices we've recommended for them.

Gong is easy to use and I had no trouble setting it up. Very turn key for me as an end user / sales rep.
Gong does provide actionable insights because it allows you too reference back to customer calls and understand where the opportunities lie. Sometimes I cannot take notes quickly enough and having the recording allows me to reference back and learn from them/take action.

Gong is well suited for the majority of my customer calls and is a great learning tool. It also is good for sharing calls with customers for their learning purposes. Gong is not well-suited for highly regulated customers that do not allow recorded lines for security reasons.
