I have used gong to help manage teams in a lot of different ways, and now personally as an individual contributor. 1. identify tends 2. find out what works / what doesn't 3. monitor success (individual and team) 4. help ramp as a new AE 5. listen back to calls and improve 6. measuring KPIs 7. scorecards 8. trainings in general I could keep going. Gong is invaluable in my opinion.
