Overall Satisfaction with Gong
Gong has been a tremendous tool for me and my team as we are growing in our start up environment. Having the ability to go back and review my talking points/talk track has been critical. Not only can I sharpen and tighten things up, I can see how I respond to objections and the word choice options I use. Gong also gives me the ability to think more clearly as I take few notes. This is because I can go back to the call transcript and pull info from the prospect. I share my successful calls with my junior teammates and point out tips and tricks to help sharpen their process as well. This enables us to have a consistent team message. Being able to watch my body language and review Gong notes on areas like my patience have been very useful in adjusting my personal process.

Cons
- Ideally, having its own CRM would help with not having multiple data sources
- Alignment with expectations and messaging
Absolutely- the assists and notifications have helped push the process to the next stage for several of my opportunities. The stats have also helped me understand what I can address on the next call to give the prospect a better experience with me.
