Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong automatically records and transcribes my call so I don't have to worry about note taking or missing anything my customers say.

Pros

  • Transcribe calls
  • Analyze speaking time/engagement level
  • Highlighting follow up/action items

Cons

  • Easier to compare follow up emails to specific calls
  • Great for training to see example calls/demos
  • Great for feedback and self analysis
  • Great for not having to worry about note taking
A little difficult to navigate and find others's calls depending on how they label their calls.
