Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We record our onboarding sessions with new clients so they have a resource to refer back to if they need a refresher. We also record regular check-in meetings and add the links to our Hubspot notes in the event we need to refer ton them in the future. I also use them for new integrations when building out integration documentation.

  • Easy to share feedback internally
  • Seamless integration with CRM (Hubspot please!)
  • Integration with gmail so I can easily insert a link after a meeting
  • Made it easier to pull up specific instances you *did*cover something in training if there's a churn risk due "lack of training"
  • Less time thinking of ways a new hire can improve when you can just isolate areas of improvements via recordings
  • Can see when the sales team overpromised ;)
There's a lot going on but it's all easy to use. Hiding a few things behind drop downs might help

It's terrific in the start-up world for new employee training. Instead of having to take notes and refer back, new hires and can be fully focused on what's happening in the moment and refer back to meetings they shadow later on.

Also as a manager, it's great to be able to go through and pick a few random meetings and leave feedback at the exact time in the conversation where opportunities for improvement come up.
