Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong is a great tool to discover trends between calls faster and also to collaborate with different roles inside the company to help to close deals and discover new needs in the market or problems that would be good to solve. It is a great tool for sales and product people.

In the beginning, could be a bit hard because the platform has a lot of options and features that you need to learn, or at least you need to navigate to get to the part of interest. But then it gets easy and the logic of where the different options are very consistent between different sections.
Building quick searches with words and trackers to find specific data for different business areas, and also being able to group calls based on those elements will help to translate those insights into actionable elements for Product discovery processes to help build the right solutions for the correct customer problems.

For Product, managers are great to be part of the tool inside an organization. Because customer-facing roles that upload their calls into Gong can tag you and comment on specific parts that would help Product on discovery scenarios. And also allows searching between many conversations to look for trends, insights, and elements that would help future developments and opportunities
