Gong is a must for Sales People!
Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I use Gong to relisten to my calls - I don't need to take perfect notes during the call and can focus on the client or ask deeper questions, knowing I can relisten to the call after. I also listen to calls with managers for "game-film" sessions.

It has not. I really only use it to listen back on calls for further note-taking, long times between meetings for a refresh, or for a game film to see how I can improve on the next call.
