Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I use Gong to relisten to my calls - I don't need to take perfect notes during the call and can focus on the client or ask deeper questions, knowing I can relisten to the call after. I also listen to calls with managers for "game-film" sessions.

Some of the analytics and things to use within Gong can be hard to use/hard to find. Takes a bit longer than I'd like to find what I'm looking for, but I always end up finding it so no big deal!
It has not. I really only use it to listen back on calls for further note-taking, long times between meetings for a refresh, or for a game film to see how I can improve on the next call.

Gong is great to participate in-game films. Listening to previous calls to see where I can be better, ask better or deeper questions, and learn to listen to better opportunities for close/referral asks.
