Gong is absolutely critical for our company. It solves the key need of sales and customer success call recordings as well as transcription. These calls that Gong records hold so much helpful information that helps many teams from marketing, sales, product, etc... The fact that you can define keywords so that Gong can identify them after a call is analyzed is key.

Gong has provided excellent insights from calls that the sales and customer success teams have been on. We've got insights on how to tailor marketing campaigns and how to fine-tune the messaging on the website. I always tell myself that all of the messaging we've had should always take inspiration from our ideal customer.
Gong is just flat out better than Chorus from a functionality standpoint and usability. The large issue with Chorus is that you don't get as quickly insights as Gong. In terms of the UI, Gong also does a far better job of making it painless to find the calls you need as well as understand the KPIs for the call.
