Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong helps our product team identify user feedback by analyzing the Gong call recordings and transcripts. This tool allows us to search for use cases for further analysis. The smart trackers and keyword trackers are extremely helpful in solving this problem. Our new Product employees always listen to this feedback when they join the company to understand the key problems.

Pros

  • Keyword trackers are really great for showing analytics per specific word.
  • Smart trackers are great is showcasing the analytics per concept.
  • Initiative dashboards help to compare how this or that tracker results.

Cons

  • It would be great if we could ask Gong to analyze all the deals and provide an aggregated analysis of the textual data that it has recorded.
  • Gong saves us time for identifying user feedback.
It was straightforward to set up and use the Gong trackers for Products. We use smart and keyword trackers. The teams are also quite independent in using them and have no issues understanding the product. We do find Gong a valuable tool for our Sales and Product teams.
We use Gong for Products, so I don't have too much info about how Gong can help close deals. However, it definitely helps our Product Managers learn more about our customers. We use keywords and smart trackers for this purpose. Also, initiative boards help us compare the trackers' data.
We primarily built the keyword and smart trackers to identify the key concepts and then built the initiative boards based on the trackers. The initiative board outcomes helped us to identify the ideas that are more popular among our users and XYZ types of deals. This is a strong tool for comparing the data and the types of deals where the concept occurs.

This is a powerful tool not only for Sales teams but also for Product teams. It helps our product team identify user feedback by analyzing the Gong call recordings and transcripts. This tool allows us to search for use cases for further analysis. The smart trackers and keyword trackers are extremely helpful in solving this problem. Our new Product employees always listen to this feedback when they join the company to understand the key issues.
