Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I use Gong for every call. I like that It allows me to focus on the conversation rather than note taking, which allows me to be a better listener and a better account manager. The transcript is pretty accurate and is a massive timesaver for writing follow up emails and summarizing actions from the call. While it took some getting used to, it's also good to see metrics like talk ratio and any words we're overusing so we can be better communicators.

It's really good. Really easy to use and integrate. The only detractor is the fact that my internal gen-ai tool is better for summarizing so I currently upload transcripts from Gong into that.
