Gong is an incredible resource and is easy to use

I use Gong to record all my external calls, for notes, reviewing the calls later. It's incredibly helpful in this respect. I also create clips to send to internal team, and a full recording for customers. It's easy to find the right spots by searching in the transcript. Additionally, I use it to watch other team member's recording to help train myself which is a really great resource.

Gong has definitely provided me accurate and actionable insights that help me tailer my follow ups with my customers more precisely.

By being able to listen to all of my teammates recordings, I'm both learning from my own conversations and theres. Feels like exponential learning.
