Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I use Gong in my meetings, Its very helpful. It takes notes, records the call. At the end of the call it gives the minutes, head count, summary and take aways. Its great information to review when in the meeting you are engage with the client and not much into taking the notes but rather solving and giving solutions.

- Some talk to text could be improved
- there could be overtalk and the AI would not know who is talking
- easier to search for key words phrases
- able to hear temperaments of clients
- get immediate feedback
- see what the next steps are from meeting outcome
Gong's summary after meetings has been beneficial. I have seen where the talk to text feature could miss interpret a word and state that it was said by a different person, but overall, as a person who attended the meeting knows who it was or what was said. That is something that accuracy would be improved on.
i do not actively listen to all calls that happen in my organization, i do know that management listens. grades and measures the quality of the calls and gets a sense of what is becoming the norm for the time of year or a common concern from the client as the year progresses.
