Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Gong in my meetings, Its very helpful. It takes notes, records the call. At the end of the call it gives the minutes, head count, summary and take aways. Its great information to review when in the meeting you are engage with the client and not much into taking the notes but rather solving and giving solutions.

Usability

This is a virtual assistant that will benefit the organization by providing the details needed to complete the task at hand. The system is very user friendly and going back to a prior meeting to review/ search is easy from the participants of the meeting to any management above that would want to get an outsider's perspective on the client interaction.

Relevant and Accurate Insights

Gong's summary after meetings has been beneficial. I have seen where the talk to text feature could miss interpret a word and state that it was said by a different person, but overall, as a person who attended the meeting knows who it was or what was said. That is something that accuracy would be improved on.

Market Trends

i do not actively listen to all calls that happen in my organization, i do know that management listens. grades and measures the quality of the calls and gets a sense of what is becoming the norm for the time of year or a common concern from the client as the year progresses.

Gong is a great tool that can be used when you need to go back to a meeting that could have occurred weeks ago, you can see what was said or shared. That could be a good and also a bad thing, now a days we come across a lot of data so remembering key items could be confusing from time to time.
