Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I use Gong for my client calls, they are seamlessly recorded to ensure I do not miss any part of the discussions. After the call is finished you can review the call, gain feedback on your effectiveness and there is also Next steps and an AI email generation option for follow up.
Pros
- Call Recording and scoring of each participant
- AI generated follow up email
- Store calls for review at a later time
- Allows for editing of the call to only share certain parts
Cons
- Ensure that you stop a call after finished, versus staying on the zoom for the next client call, so you can separate the two
- automatically create tasks or to do lists within CRM
- have the ability to capture a call even when you are not the organizer
- 20% time savings in client follow up
- 100% better for note taking so that I can stay focused on the call
- Get tool for new sellers to learn and master the sales pitch and hear customer feedback
Gong has an AI generated email option for post call follow up. I use it regularly, but like most AI i use it as a shell and then add to the write up to ensure it has my tone and balance. It doesn't always get the key follow ups perfectly, but it is way better than trying to pull together on my own
Gong has been useful for me to see if there are common themes of customer needs. I have just started using in in the last 3 months, so i need more time to understand true impact, but it is great to have when referencing previous calls to ensure we are all on the same page, or share with other people that were unable to make the call.
I have only used Gong
