Overall Satisfaction with Gong
i use it to take notes from calls, the 'ask anything feature' to quickly ascertain info about a customer, the outline/transcript features are helpful as well to find things, also to hvae recordings centralized. also can write follow up emails to customers based on what you said which is immensely helpful. basically takes the assistant and manual labor part out of sales calls
Pros
- AI emails - great, quick and a solid base to start out from
- call recordings and transcripts are very accurate
- ask anything feature makes your life easier as its super quick
Cons
- i dont have a ton, but the AI generated email part could have more natural language sometimes its a bit weird
- extreme time savings for sales folks, allows me to do my job better, unfortunately i dont have any hard numbers but its taken hours out of my day to focus on what matters
the ask anything feature is such a huge time saver and allows for less meetings between me and sales folks which is great and allows us to focus on what matters
the ai feature allows us to track certain words like reduce cost spend and optimization and track trends of what's happening with our customers so we know where to focus our efforts
