Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use it to cover coaching and onboarding and understand better our sales process. We like the way that it transcribes the recording. We also use it to track our MEDDICC methodology, and it helps us learn more about our customers. It's a great tool, and it's always moving forward! I recommend it to every GTM team.
Pros
- Transcribes meetings and identifies specific trackers.
- Helps with the onboarding.
- Creates an amazing library to coach people.
Cons
- I think getting a live chat CS.
- Less time of onboarding, hence faster in getting revenue.
- Reduced the amount of time of people dedicated to coaching.
It does, not only for external calls but also for internal ones.
To understand their main pains and how much they are interacting with our competitors. For the nature of the business, we don't use it for pricing benchmarks, but it could also be used well.
