Great tool for customer facing teams
Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong to record all of our calls, send up follow up notes & actions, and we use the AI tool to search through previous calls to find certain snippets. We also use it for training & feedback, where members of the team will review certain calls that may be strong to improve their technique or leaders will review calls to provide feedback and contribute to a training programmer.

Gong has provided us with follow-up actions, as well as insight into pause time and a variety of other conversation metrics which have guided performance related conversations
