Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We sell a patient review platform for the health sector. Gong helps us with the sales. It makes it easy to have meeting and calls ''on paper'' as well as managing the teams working using foreign language, as well help writing reports and automated email responses, which make the sals process much easier.

Pros

  • AI generated response Email.
  • Documentation of meetings.
  • Gives AI generated sales coaching.

Cons

  • It sometimes doesntb get the coversations write, makeing some mistakes, I find when a different language then English is used e.g. German.
  • Better integration with other systems
  • Imroove AI generated Email respnses
  • Very time saving!
  • Extreemly user frandly, easy to implament.
  • Great coaching!
  • Very good analythics!
Whats it is set up one doesnt need to do anything and it is very user friendly, meaning no need to be schooled on how to use it, it has my back doring work whenever I need it its there, if I dont need it it doesnt bother. Great product!
Of course! Gong really helps to anlyse a meetings, lots of decisions are made by taking Gong in to consideration as well as going back and analyze the meetings.

Very suited and helfull when I have dont remamber certain details of a meeting, Gong makes it very easy to find. Even if the Meeting was extreamly long, because of the way Gong is labeling everything it is very easy to find the missing info within a very short amount of time.
