Gong is an amazing platform used to solve context switching issues across account managers, retain insight into past discussions, and is leveraged for training and enablement opportunities

You can get instant feedback loops from live calls across your entire organisation If Gong is used throughout
Gong call recording AI assistant is the biggest time saver in my current workflow
Being able to rewatch customer calls or compare with other accounts in similar vertices is powerful and helps us track trends

I wasn't a decision maker here but having everything in a single platform made sense for our teams after the initial hurdle of adoption/change
