Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
Gong is used to record and analyze the conversations we have with customers as well as meetings we have internally. It allows us to capture important information, reference the written transcript at a later date and have our managers review calls and provide feedback!
Pros
- Translating the dialogue into a written transcript.
- Clear audio.
- Analyzing breakdown of speakers duration of dialogue.
Cons
- Does not capture the comments written in Zoom chat.
- Sometimes mistakes the person who is speaking.
- Sometimes mistakes the words being said, especially with accents.
- Cannot think of any.
