Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
The whole sales team. It's amazing for training and for remembering what was said on calls. Also nice for analytics to learn talk times, etc.
- Training - allows new reps to EASILY ramp up by listening to many calls in a short time. Rather than having to wait for the calls to actually happen in real time.
- Remembering what happened on past calls in case you forgot. Helps also with account transitions or if employees leave the company.
- Analytics to understand talk times and what other top-performing reps are doing that you're not.
- Not sure, really like the platform.
- Perhaps more suggestions or more personal dashboards to what I could be doing myself as a rep.
- Gong for training is a HUGE ROI on our time and ramping up reps.
Gong is much more user friendly, UI friendly, and seems like the analytics are much more robust. I also love Gong.io's marketing/blogs.
